DO NOT USE FABULSO TO CLEAN MEXICAN TILE FLOORS IT WILL RUIN THE FINISH AND PIT THE FACE OF THE MEXICAN TILE AND TAKE OUT ANY COLOR PIGMENTS IN YOUR ORIGINAL GROUT COLOR, (make a hollow or indentation in the surface of the Mexican tile).
