Mexican Tile Renew of 20 Year Old Floor in Condo At Harbourside Longboat Key Florida that had uneven corners sticking up everywhere and had not been re-finished in many many years.  This particular Mexican tile renew project was very difficult, the tile had been very poorly installed 20 years ago with corners sticking up, un-leveled tiles and had many layers of dirty wax/sealer.

We were able to sand down the corners of the Mexican tile clay corners and remove the trip points that existed everywhere, we stripped off the old sealer, cleaned the tile and the grout and then applied several coats of our Mexican Tile Renew sealer.
