Avoid using solvent based sealers and strippers in your home, they can make you ill.  The Mexican tile as seen in the two photos above had to be chemically stripped, sanded and then re-sealed with 5 coats of sealer to bring back it’s color and luster.  Never “Steam Clean” Mexican tile floors or use vinegar (Acetic acid) it will ruin the finish. We do not use solvent based and dangerous products like Mex-Seal.
